Founded in 2002, GALERIE Supper is specialized in contemporary art, mainly representational abstract to realistic positions. The gallery supports young, emerging artists with an unique signature.It is the intention to correlate them with renown artists. Their positions should complement and stimulate each other, but every artist keeps his own characteristics. The gallery is member of the regional organization of gallery’s in Baden Württemberg e.V. and of the AG Spectrum Karlsruhe. The GALERIE Supper has an exhibition space of approximately 100 m². Up to five single shows and one group show are held each year. To every one-artist-show a catalogue is printed. Apart from gallery-exhibitions, artists´ discussions, public readings and cooperations underline the exhibition activity. GALERIE Supper is represented at international art fairs. Artists represented are, e.g.: Monika Thiele, the developer of the “Fadenbild” Andreas Wachter, one of the most important representatives of his generation of the “Leipziger Schule” Ji Yeon Heo, masterstudent under Thomas Ruff, Staatl. Kunstakademie Düsseldorf Dag Seemann, masterstudent under Marcus Lüpertz, Staatl. Kunstakademie Düsseldorf Uwe Pfeifer, participant at the Venice Biennale 1982 and 1988
