Founded in the city of Issoire in 1983, the art gallery "Galerie Bertrand Trocmez" - moved to Clermont Ferrand in 1994, with main interest to artists of the "Forces Nouvelles" movement (1935 - 1939), Humblot, Jannot, Rohner. Expert in the painting of Henri Janot and elaborating a catalogue raisonné of the complete works - is another aspect of the activity. Following the former movement, works of Charles Lapicque, Jean Le Moal, and abstract painters of the fifties are represented. Works of Jean Helion can also be seen.
